Headshot Finder is a comparison tool for actor headshot photographers. This policy describes the information practices for the current beta site.

Information collected today

The current beta does not offer user accounts, payments, newsletter signup, or a public contact form. Headshot Finder does not intentionally collect the answers you choose while searching or filtering photographers.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type, and server logs. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate site use, such as page visits, referral sources, device type, and general interactions. Plausible does not use cookies or build individual visitor profiles. We do not send your guided-search answers or personal contact information to Plausible.

Third-party services

Profiles may link to photographer websites, Instagram, Google Maps, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. Opening one of those links may allow that service to collect information from you.

If you send Headshot Finder a direct message through Instagram, Instagram handles that message under its own privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a direct message.

Future changes

Before we introduce email signup, feedback forms, accounts, saved profiles, inquiries, or booking and payment tools, we will update this policy to explain the information collected, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors.

For a profile correction or a general question, you can DM @headshotfinder on Instagram. Contact details for formal privacy requests will be published before Headshot Finder begins collecting visitor contact information.
